Our Shutters Are Guaranteed. Period.
If we supply them, we stand by them. From the louvers, to the joints and hinges.
If we paint or refinish them, the finish is guaranteed not to crack or peel for 15 years.
If we install them, they are guaranteed to fit. Period. As long as they have not been abused, we'll gladly ensure that they stay firmly in place and work properly for as long as you own them.
Should your shutters fail to fit over time due to settling, expansion or contraction on or in the window frame, we cannot match those installed shutters to the changes that have occurred. But we will recommend corrective measures, to the window frame or the shutters, and work towards an effective solution.
